School building

Imagine sending your child to a school where there are 80 children in each class. Or where the buildings had mud walls and thatched roofs which get destroyed in the heavy rains.
Footsteps provides funds that our local partners in Kenya use to improve their facilities.
Improved buildings = improved education
Our projects have included:
Building the Tumaini Primary School, Mombasa
Building 3 classrooms at Bishop Wambari Girl’s School, Naivasha
Construction of a dining hall at Bishop Wambari Girl’s School, Naivasha
Replacing mud floors at Karai Primary School, Naivasha

How you can help

A new classroom typically costs £1,000 . Raising the funds would be an excellent project for a school.
Please contact us if you would like to improve conditions for Kenya’s school children.
Children often have to learn in mud-floored classrooms
Official opening of a new classroom - Bishop Wambari Girls School
