| * 13 mile road half-marathon starts at 1.00 pm |
| * 13 mile half-marathon road walk starts 10.30 am |
| * Laps of the 400 metre track – run or walk as many as you want between 2.30 and 4.30 pm |
| * Bouncy castle (2.30-4.30 pm - small children only). |
