Schools information

Would your school like to learn about the children in Kenya and the challenges they face?

We can help by:

Giving an illustrated and informative talk to the school about Kenyan life and how Footsteps is helping some of its most vulnerable young people.

If the school curriculum requires students to study a country such as Kenya we can to arrange exchange of information by email, CD, video, etc on the topic of interest.

Your school can get involved by:
Own-clothes day to raise money to feed the children at the Church on the Rock School. Each 10 pence collected feeds one child.
Marafun - get involved in our day of fun and fitness for all the family.
Newsletter swap - exchange newsletters once a term with a Kenyan school.
Pen pals: exchange letters with Kenyan students to help them improve their English.
Photo or video swap - Exchange of photos or video, for example “A day in the Life of a Kenyan student” and “A day in the life of a UK student”.
