| All the Trustees are volunteers, and do not receive any reimbursement for their work for the charity. No fares or other travel expenses are paid to the Trustees. |

| Martin is a business consultant and Mary is a doctor. Prior to starting Footsteps, they helped run a successful charity providing homes for deprived children in India. |
|
| Evelyn has a background in banking and looks after the accounts. Barbara is a retired nurse. Sarah is a pharmacist and Guy is an events organiser. |
|
| The Trustees ensure that the projects are well-supervised ‘on the ground’ and make regular visits to oversee progress and identify further projects. |
