Our trustees visit our projects regularly to ensure that all donations go directly to the people who need help.
Donations are used for food, water, firewood, wages for locally employed staff, education and basic necessities like soap and toothpaste.
We do not pay our trustees or pay the cost of their air fares. And, we don't engage in expensive advertising campaigns.
We use Currencies Direct to send money overseas because they give us a good rate, they don’t levy charges, and we can trace the donations to the beneficiaries’ bank accounts.
